ATI Membership Registration and Renewal

Eligibility for membership: ATI membership is open to all those interested in organ donation & transplantation in Alberta, and who are committed to improving outcomes for patients, families and donors through advances in donation and transplantation research, education, and advocacy.

Membership renewal: Membership will be renewed every 3 years, and requires a brief update on activities/interests related to donation and/or transplantation, and/or changes in your contact information.

Demographic Information: Improving equity, diversity and inclusion in our membership and programming is a priority for the ATI. To better monitor diversity in our network and design our activities to meet the needs of all of the communities we serve, we are now collecting more detailed demographic information.

Sharing your demographic information is optional. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only in aggregated and statistical forms, following the privacy guidelines and best practices of the University of Alberta (host institution of the ATI).
